We are a specialty retailer offering designer formal, casual, and accessories for kids from newborn to size 20. This role is perfect for a sales-driven professional who thrives in a premium, boutique environment and loves helping families dress for life's big moments.

• 2+ years proven retail sales success in fashion, footwear, or specialty/boutique • Natural closer with excellent relationship-building skills • Confident with fit, tailoring basics, and occasion styling (Communion/Bar Mitzvah/Graduation) • Strong communication, professionalism, and warm family-friendly approach • Comfortable with POS systems and meeting sales targets • Available for retail hours including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons • Reliable for keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing, cash)
