Markville Mall has been quietly repositioning itself over the last two years. Here's what's worth your time in 2026.

The anchor stores

Hudson's Bay, Sport Chek, and Indigo remain. The food court has been refreshed; SilverCity Markville is the cinema.

What is new in 2026

A revamped food court with several new vendors including a Taiwanese hand-shaken tea specialist and a Korean fried chicken stall. The east wing now features two new athleisure brands and a renovated kids' play area.

Best stores in 2026

Standouts: Indigo (always reliable), Sephora (recently expanded), Lululemon, Aritzia, and the smaller indie tenants on the upper level.

Food court worth visiting

Manchu Wok is still the most popular, but the new Korean fried chicken stall and the Taiwanese tea shop have changed the calculus. Plenty of seating around lunch.

Practical tips

Parking is plentiful most days, tight on weekends. The mall is connected via covered walkway to the SilverCity Markville cinema. Weekday afternoons (1-4 PM) are the quietest times.
